The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. The Bull Seep Slough has been relocated closer to the South August 17, 2001 <br />Platte River than is allowed by the permit. This is a possible <br />violation of CRS 34-32.5-116(1) for failure to perform the reclamation <br />prescribed by the reclamation plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS PB or PV PV <br />Within 30 days of receipt of this inspection report, TOPIC(S) MP <br />the operator must comply with the mining and reclamation plan <br />or submit a permit modification adequate to ensure the stability <br />of the Bu11 Seep in the design flood event. The operator must also <br />submit a plan and timetable for completion of the on-site work. Such <br />plan and timetable must be acceptable to the Division. If submitted, <br />the modification, plan, and timetable must be completed within the <br />prescribed timeframes of the Act and Rules, that is, within 30 days if <br />deemed a technical revision or 90-120 days if deemed an amendment. If <br />more reclamation bond is required by such modifications, the bond must <br />be posted within 30 days of modification approval. <br />
