(10 All tailings were shoveled from the outside of the
tailing pond liner into the tailing impoundment. We
then placed top-soil over the barren rock and prepared
it for reseeding in the fall season.
• Exhibit C.
(1 ) The upland diversion ditch on the south side of the
tailing impoundment was cleaned out and a bail of straw
was keyed into it. We also covered the impoundment
berm with plastic. This action was not discussed with
• Division at the time of tl~e inspection, and if this
does not meet with Division's approval, it-can be
removed at the time of reinspection.
(1 ) We patched the tailing impoundment liner on the
northeast side of the berm. And at that time, the
• installer did a field test for strength and tinsel
ability. Again, should Division know of a company to
achieve a pressure test, please advise us.
3) The liner under the fuel tanks was straightened out and
