NOTES:
1. Quarry as shown hereon was field located on December 19, 1996.
The position of the shots taken for locating said Quarry were
established by the client.
2. Per the Client's request, a boundary survey was not done for
this site. In order to prepare this Land Exhibit Map, the North
Line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2 was used as the "Bose
Line' making everything hereon and relative thereto.
According to Colorado low you must commence any legal action based upon any defect in this survey w;thln
three years after you first discover such defect. In no event, may any action based upon any defect in t-s
survey be commenced more than ten years from the date of the certification shown hereon.
