Varra <br /> October 29, 1996 - Inspection Report <br /> Page 2 <br /> PROBLEM 2 <br /> Well permits and augmentation plans not in effect for the exposed water in the ponds. <br /> Status: With the receipt of the submittal of an augmentation plan to the OSE <br /> dated October 25, 1996, it appears that all that is needed is final <br /> approval of the plan by the OSE. Please continue to keep us <br /> informed of the progress of your submittal. <br /> PROBLEM 3 <br /> No Mine I.D. sign at the entrance to the mine. <br /> Status: On August 2, 1996 the Division received a photograph of the new <br /> sign posted at the mine site.
