First, please take note of Picture A, dated November 14, <br />2000, the material was an asphalt mix. This area was a site for mixing asphalt some years <br />ago. <br />On November 14, 2000, the pit floor was cleaned up and cleared of debris, then <br />the site was secured, as per your suggestion. <br />Second in Picture B, the mixed asphalt was disposed of at the Pritchett Landfill on <br />November 14, 2000 and dumped on plastic sheeting, as provided by landfill. <br />Sincerely, <br />Leslie R.
