-, <br />• (Page 2) • <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # <br />INSPECTION DATE OJ 20/96 <br />This was a partial inspection to <br />dated 01/30/96, during which an <br />contacted about this inspection, <br />K-92-113 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS RCO <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />follow up the inspection performed recently by the Division, <br />area of offeite disturbance was found. The operator was <br />but was not present for it. <br />Toward correcting the issue of offeite disturbance, the operator has applied for a partial <br />release of undisturbed acreage and a revision for adding the offeite disturbance. The actual <br />acres delineated on the maps were checked during this inspection. All areas requested for <br />release were found to be undisturbed. <br />The markers delineating the original boundaries are still present, and were helpful in <br />checking the areas to be removed from the permit.
