<br />Below are comments on the inspection. the comments include discussion of observations <br />rrracie during tits inspection. Comments afro describe any enforcement actions taken <br />doing the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Items of interest from the previous irupectbn include: <br />AvailabTRy of Records: Certification of the fan shaft access road was not found on file at the <br />County Court House or in the ftles of the Division, and the applk~ant is not aware of such <br />cerfficatior~s ever existing. Vehicbs aro prohibited, ai the request of the landowner, on the <br />access road to the fan shag, ANtigation in process B re~esignation of the road to a light~se <br />road/finti. The Colorado Department of Public Heatih and Environment PerrniF Number CO- <br />0029599 expired January 31,1999. The Operator fwd submitted a request for a new permit. <br />Hydrologic Balance: One of the emergency spThvaysfrom T-2 is plugged. Mitigation in <br />process is a revision to the design (as-buiH) to recogn¢e that this spilMray has been <br />abandoned.
