ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement eetions taken during this Inspection, the required <br />sbatement and date of abatement for the violation, pravlous violations still rsquirfnp <br />abatement and the termination of violations cksd during previous Inspections. <br />Notice of Violation CV-99-012 was terminated during this inspecdon. Ths topsoil buried <br />by trench construction was salvaged, Ditch C-1 was reestablished and dl disturbed <br />areas were seeded.
