The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Miscellaneous: <br />- It appears that the Operator is continuing to remove scrap material from the bone-yard by <br />Pond 2. Most of the junk cars and old tractors have been removed, as well as some of the <br />miscellaneous debris. <br />-There are about 10 piles of coal/coal fines that have been scraped off of the ground in the <br />area of the clean and raw coal stockpiles. It has been said that these stockpiles will either be <br />sold or moved to the refuse pile. <br />- At the time of the inspection AI was underground pumping water from the mine. <br />
