Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in the <br />Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, <br />34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be clearly noted. <br />Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and underlined.) <br />NOV C-84-157 Abatement <br />1. The operator should try to recover soil washed below the topsoil and <br />subsoil stockpiles and replace it on the stockpiles. <br />2. Clean the ditches of sediment, replacing it on the stockpiles. <br />3. Reestablish and maintain ditches by October 19, 1984. <br />Problem Under Resolution <br />NOV C-84-067 Abatement <br />The sediment control plan submitted is acceptable and will be approved after <br />submittal of bonding calculations. <br />
