Mr. Squire indicated that I shou submit the <br />complaint in writing to you. <br />I personally observed this situation on June 6, 1997. Based upon visual ob rvation of the <br />site I estimated that several hundred yards of tree trunks and tree limbs wer being <br />disposed at this site. It was apparent, from observing partially covered avast s, that this <br />practice has been occurring for some time. <br />Our Department requests that you investigate this complaint at your earliest onvenience. <br />have attached a map of the approximate location where I observed the avast s being <br />disposed.
