The date chat the problem is resolved or t.5e date that the operator <br />is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br />Operator Delinquent <br />82-3 The berm on the ranch road above the portal area has not been properly maintained. <br />This berm must be repaired and strengthened to ensure that runoff is confined to the road <br />rather than running down the out slope causing erosional problems.
