Erosion of material from old wash plant settling pond, 2-15-98 <br />located outside approved permit boundaries, has caused PB or PV:~B <br />off-site sedimentation of the landowner's irrigation TOPIC(S):S~ <br />ditch and instability of the drainage channel. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION <br />Clean out the deposited sediment in the Doing Ditch <br />and submit a revision to the reclamation permit which <br />addresses stabilization of the eroded drainage <br />channel.
