This material will <br />be used this season to topsoil the completed portions of the East Dump. <br />4.04 - Excess Spoil <br />The East Durnp is very close to co~ripletion. Final backfilling, <br />grading, top soiling, and revegetation are anticipated to be complete by <br />Autumn, 1983. <br />4.28 - Support Facilities Not Located at the Mine Site <br />No operations are occurring at the Northgate loadout site. <br />
