Operation is close to, or has, exceeded the 1 acre limit specified in the permit. <br />RECCt~IDATlONS: <br />1. Be sure to have sufficient room within the permit boundary to reduce the highwall <br />to a 4:1 slope at the completion of mining. <br />~ 2. Please clarify the disposition of overburden/topsoil salvage in your annual report/notice <br />of intent to continue. Any expansion of the existiny pit should result in topsoil and <br />overburden salvage since any new areas presently have such materials. <br />3.
