This error is due to the vast <br />size of the permit area and the recent change in the area manager. <br />However, after reviewing the permit and visiting the site with the <br />new area manager, it has come to our attention that all of the <br />boundaries are indeed in place. For the most part, the permit area <br />is bounded by water boundaries, a state road, and the railroad. <br />However, for the one area which is not, there is a large wooden <br />fence post for the boundary marker with barb wire fence attached to <br />it. There is an enclosed picture of this wooden fence post and <br />also a copy of the property survey which shows the extent of the <br />permit area. <br />Furthermore, we request that the division approves this to show <br />proof that the boundary markers are in fact in place. if you have <br />any further questions, please contact our offices at Western <br />Mobile, Inc. <br />Your Tr <br />John F.
