M E M O R A N D U M <br />Date: October 22, 1994 Our Ref.:943-2732 <br />TO: John Hardaway, Cripple Creek and Victor Mining <br />FROM: Dirk van Zyl, Golder Associates Inc. ,~,/ ~ ~- <br />RE: GRAIN SIZE DISTRIBUTIONS FOR DRAIN COVER FILL <br />During the last two weeks Golder Associates Inc performed grain <br />size analyses of the drain cover fill as required by the <br />specifications and as requested by Dr. Jim Pendleton. Samples were <br />taken on a daily basis which resulted in about one test per 8,000 <br />yd' (note the specifications call for a test frequency of one test <br />per 20,000 yd'). The test results are attached, they all passed. <br />Please contact us if there are any further questions. <br />
