Exhibit G of the approved permit states that <br />(the) raw water for duet suppression and washing will be diverted from Eight Mile <br />Creek. This water will be replaced by leasing shares from a nearby upstream ditch <br />on the Arkansas River. A copy of this lease agreement will be submitted to the <br />file prior to the use of the Eight Mile Creek water. <br />What ie the source of water currently in use at the site? What are the average flow <br />rates and annual volumes of water consumed by this operation from each source? Please <br />submit documentation of a "firm and legal right" (see State Engineers memo) to utilize <br />water from each source. <br />6. Please find attached correspondence from the Colorado Division of Wildlife and from the <br />Army Corps of Engineers. These do not appear to require any specific response, but are <br />included for the operators information. <br />7.
