<br /> <br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: na iaRn-m3 <br />INSPECTION DATE: ~iig~icr iS, ~nm <br />OBSERVATIONS <br /> <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: _~ <br />1 Inspection• This inspection was conducted at the direction of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board which <br />requires that each mining oceration in the State of Colorado be inspected once every four years <br />2 General: The mine site is an aooroximately 9.9 acre 110 permit located aooroximately 8 miles south of Como on <br />Park County Road 15. <br />3 Sign: Located at the entrance to the orooeN. sign looks good. <br />4 Boundaries: The boundary markers appear to be in place and adequately delineate the permit area. <br />5 Erosion and Sediment Control: In a large precipitation event, water and sediment have exited the site on the <br />southeast side of the pit. This can be remedied by deepening the sediment pond or by installation of a small berm at <br />this location.
