<br />(Page 2) <br /> <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M 1979 -210 <br />INSPECTION DATE: 8/02/01 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: Si$$_ <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This was apre-operational inspection of the Vancil (formerly the Foiles #2) Pit conducted by Gregg Squire of the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology. Joe Intermill representing Morgan County was present during the inspection. <br />The current 110c pit is active and is nearly mined out. The County has submitted a conversion application to add 58.82 acres <br />to the current 9.88 acres for 1 12c permit with a total of 68.7 acres . A permit sign and public notice have been posted at the <br />site and markers identifying the new boundaries are in place. No disturbance was noted outside of the current 110c permit <br />area .
