The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROHLHNS/POSSIHLS VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />DATE <br />PROBLEM: <br />The permit requires a topsoil replacement depth of an average of PB or PV:PH <br />8". The Division is unsure if enough topsoil exists on site to TOPIC (S):TS <br />meet this requirement due to loss in the pit. October 29, 2004 <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator will need to demonstrate that enough topsoil exists <br />within the permit area (stockpiles and future areas to be <br />stripped) in order to achieve the 6" replacement depth. The <br />operator will need to demonstrate that enough topsoil is present <br />for reclamation on or before October 29, 2004. <br />
