<br />Itl. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Coal Gulch Mine for the month of November, 2001. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The pond has water in it but is not discharging. Cattails are doing well to treat the <br />acid mine drainage from the pre-law Victory portal. <br />Reclamation Success: The site vegetation is dormant. <br />General Mine Compliance: No changes in the site's condition since the last inspection was observed. <br />The diversion to Coal Gulch has not been re-installed to date. <br />
