The operator <br />was contacted about the scheduled Inspection Tne operator's representative named on page one was present during the <br />~nspecLOn. <br />The required permit ID sign was posted at the entrance to the site. Permit boundary markers are wsibly placed around the <br />boundary Affected area is sufficiently inside the east boundary to allow additional slope grading for Gnal reclamation, d <br />necessary Affected area is still seven, hundred fee; from the north and northwest boundary. <br />Active highwa!I ~s on the northwest side of the pd. where a stockpile of dozed down matena! ~s penod~calty tlrawn from No <br />further mining will occur on the east side The south:vest boundary extends along the Rio Grande Rrver. The reclamation plan m the Gle ~nd~cates tnat no topsor will be salvaged, due to the top <br />layer being thin and rocky.
