II. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations matle during the inspection. Comments also describe <br />any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the fads of evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Coal Ridge C-84-065 <br />5 May 2004 Q~~7 <br />Availability of Records: All of the necessary records were available at the Garfield County Courthouse <br />in Glenwood Springs. See the records checklist at the end of this inspection for more details. <br />Signs and Markers: All of the permit boundary markers were in place. The mine ID sign was in place <br />and in good condition. <br />Hydrologic Balance: -The sediment pond was dry at the time of the inspection. The pond embankment <br />was well vegetated and stable. No erosional problems were noted at the time of the inspection. <br />- The ditches were all well vegetated and stable at the time of the inspection. <br />Revegetation: The entire site has been revegetated. The vegetation is turning green and appears to be <br />very good. <br />
