The corrective action requires installation of a mine identification sign. <br />A mine identification sign has been installed on the access road at the south entrance to the permit area. The vent hole area <br />does not have a sign. It is recommended that a sign be placed here as well, for identification purposes in the future, when a <br />company representative cannot be present.
