CORRECTIVE MEASURES
Complete one of the following actions on or before
April 23, 1999 A) submit a written request for withdrawal
of permit application M-79-070, OR B) submit a properly
executed performance warranty and financial warranty of
$7,100, submit a written request to appear before the
Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Board for reconsideration
of the previous Division approval, AND complete all public
notice and notification requirements as specified in
Rule 1.6.2.
