My client, Toby Espinoza, had <br />complained that gravel extraction operations there were dangerously close to a old <br />Penitente Church cemetery, where several of his ancestors and siblings are buried. <br />You conducted your inspection Feb. 17, 2005,'and concluded your report Mar. 18, <br />2005, faxing your three-page report to me Mar. 21, 2005. <br />In the fifth page of your report, you referred to a "stability analysis" which <br />would be conducted on samples of the overburden and gravel deposit collected from <br />the excavation site. This letter is to request a copy of the report on this stability <br />analysis. Please make it available to me at your earliest convenience. <br />If it is not more than 10 pages, you may fax it to me at the fax number on the <br />above letterhead. If it is more than 10 pages, please mail it to me.
