Signs and fencing were in place as required by the Rules. <br />2. The setback from the river ie being observed ae required by the <br />3. Two ponds are currently in place on the site. One is almost compl <br />adequate eloping and revegetation, and a waterfowl peninsula; it is app, <br />size. The disturbed area of the site (not including the ponds) meaeuree~approximately 7.24 <br />acres. 13,400 CY of topsoil are stored on Bite at this time, more than enough to complete <br />reclamation of the disturbed area. The topsoil stockpiles are seeded and tored away from the <br />processing area. <br />5.
