III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Mine conducted by Tom Gillis ofthe Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />No significant problems relating to erosion or sedimentation were observed on the site during the inspection. <br />Vegetative cover appeazs to have become sufficiently established to prevent serious erosion or sedimentation <br />problems from developing. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS <br />Reclaimed azeas are in the same condition as observed during the previous inspection - no problems noted. <br />
