~'~`~~- So~b~er~ ~--~~ ~iy <br />a ~~oo ~ <br />REVEGETATION/RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The "old" revegetation on the refuse pile is in good <br />condition. The strip that was reseeded in the early spring also appears to be growing nicely. <br />The portion of the refuse pile that was just covered needs to be reseeded and mulched. The <br />vegetation at the reclaimed loadout looks better than it has this summer and appears to be <br />greener. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION: A portion of the cover on the conveyor belt coming out of the <br />mine is missing. This needs to be fixed/replaced immediately to be in compliance with the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Air Emissions Permit (Fugitive <br />particle Emissions Control Plan). <br />
