HendersotjCO 80640 <br />We have water rights for an irrigation well that has gone dry. <br />We see this directly related to mining practices. <br />Property lines need to be respected and operations need to stay a distance <br />from them. <br />Ow pastures aze dying <br />Trees aze dying <br />We need to feed animal hay and grain that cost <br />Buying the feed <br />Hauling the feed <br />Replanting the pasture after they return water to us, and replacing trees. <br />W~ pay for augmentation every year <br />This is like paying at a gas station and finding the pump won't work, <br />How far is a mining operation suppose to stay away from property lines2 <br />We have had dirt piled on our fence and our fence post broke and digging <br />close enough to cause the fence post to not be secure in the ground. <br />We have pictures to document this and video tares of when the fence was <br />abused. <br />The road that was an easement to the back of our property has been caved off <br />on the west end and is piled with soil or dirt on the east end. <br />They could pay for animal feed. Pay to replace trees and pastures. Help us get <br />equipment to clean and restore the ditches that bring the ditch water to us, through <br />Al Fryes pit.
