GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />The operation was in compliance with the general mine plan. Longwall mining had reached Station 104+00 in <br />the 20-Right Panel. Development mining had reached Station 42+50 in the 22 Right Headgate. <br />Handling of coal on the surface was as described in the Permit Application Package (PAP). Coal was being <br />shipped by truck and by rail. <br />EXCESS SPOIL & DEVELOPMENT WASTE <br />The mine development waste pit at the 6 Mains North Ventilation Shaft site was not closed at the time of this <br />inspection. <br />C-1982-056.
