<br /> <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an complete inspection of the New Pryor Mine for the month of November, 1996. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: The site was covered with 1 foot of snow which fell on the previous <br />night, and as such, nothing of any significance could be seen. For all intents and purposes, the <br />site is as stable as it can be for the forth coming winter. <br />
