This inspection was conducted at the request of the operator to inspect progress on construction of the haul road to <br />the new east mine and installation of drainage control structures along the haul road. Present during the inspection was <br />Mr. Steve Onorofskie of American Gypsum Company. <br />2. The road cut has progressed to Station 50+00. Two (2) additional 30"diameter culverts have been installed since the <br />last site inspection by the Division on October 26, 2004. These culverts were installed at Stations 35+00 and 40+00. Mr. <br />Onorofskie indicated that sediment ponds P4 and PS will be installed later this fall, October 2005. The east haul road <br />construction will be continue through to Station 70+00. The operator anticipates completion of the east haul road <br />construction in late 2005 -early 2006. <br />3.
