Due to the <br />complexity of mining and market conditions of this site, Pete Lien & Sons is committing <br />fo one of the following: <br />1. Mobilizing screening and crushing equipment to the site for sizing and <br />screening of material during the summer of 2007. <br />or, <br />2, Submitting a technical revision to our mine plan showing future plans and <br />activity. <br />or, <br />3. Submitting a reclamation plan to the division for reclamation of the site. <br />If this does not adequately address your concerns regarding the activity at the Rifle <br />Quarry, please contact me.
