The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted <br />on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />1 . No mine identification sign or affected area perimeter markers in place at site. <br />Install a mine identification sign and perimeter markers as specified on page 2 <br />of this report by the date shown. <br />2. Unclear as to whether any future disturbances are proposed within the <br />"previously mined area" delineated on the mine plan map. <br />Clarify whether any future disturbances are proposed for this area. <br />3. Unclear as to whether sufficient quantities of topsoil or suitable plant growth material <br />are available on site to meet the requirements of the approved reclamation plan. <br />Provide information adequately demonstrating that sufficient quantities of suitable plant <br />growth material exist on site to fulfill the requirements of the approved reclamation <br />plan, and that sufficient quantities will be stockpiled on site and maintained until used <br />in final reclamation. <br />4.
