III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Reveoetation <br />Minor grading and stabilization seeding was completed last fall on portions of the construction <br />material stockpile and along the soil stockpile diversion ditch. The success of the stabilization <br />seeding will be evaluated over the course of the growing season. <br />Suooort Facilities <br />The reclamation contractor has not yet been able to resume reclamation grading of the temporary <br />drill site access road on the upper north fork of Munger Creek, due to frozen and muddy <br />conditions along the upper reaches. Reclamation grading and seeding (which was initiated <br />late last fall and suspended due to frozen ground conditions) is to be resumed and <br />completed as soon as site conditions allow. <br />~t' <br />
