The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Ohio Creek Coal Mine #2 for the month of February 2004 Weather at <br />the time of the inspection was cloudy and cold and approximately 1-2 feet of snow on the ground <br />Hydrologic Balance: The pond has 12.18" of snow in it but is not discharging.
