With the operator's
consent, this report was issued from the Denver office.
SIGNS AND MARKERS:
Mine i.d. signs were properly displayed at the main entrance. Permit boundary markers were in place
where inspected along the southern boundary of the mine.
RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The reference area at the airport appears in good shape. It does not
appear to.have had any recent mowing, plowing, livestock grazing, or burning. The dominant grass
appears to be a crested wheatgrass. What appear to be broom snake weed and asters were in
several locations. Ephedra is the dominant woody shrub; it is especially abundant on the western edge
of the reference area, next to the fence.
