The mine <br />site is reclairued. No personnel remain on site. Weather was snowing with approximately 4 inches of fresh snow on <br />the ground. Mine site is muddy and wet. <br />Mine identification signs are present at both North and South permit boundaries. Disturbance area boundary <br />markers are present on the mine bench. Stream buffer markers are present along Trout Creek. Buffer zone markers <br />are at ground level attached to roof bolts. Bann around yard area is intact. Ditches appear in good condition. Rocks <br />are present in ditch D8. Water is not ponding, ditch appears functional. Swale across road remains functional. <br />Swale could use better defmition since winter season. <br />The pond is damp but not wntaining water. Emergency spillway appears intact. Primary spillway is unimpeded. <br />Tire tracks are present in the soft mud to the North of the metal building. Smooth bromegrass is greening up in <br />yard area and on backfilled portal bench. <br />Marmot observed on portal bench area. <br />
