III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. Eight aerial photographs were taken during the inspection. These were examined by Tom <br />Kaldenbach of the Division. Three representative photos are attached to this report. <br />Snow cover on the site appears similar to the last inspection on 1/8/04. <br />HvdroloQic Balance <br />No problems aze apparent at the Moffat pond. <br />Slides and Damage <br />Reclaimed slopes in the Moffat and West Ridge azeas appeazed stable, although snow cover limits <br />inspection. <br />
