General Cononents <br />1. The mine bench stabilization analysis has been completed by the operator's <br />consultants. The operator in in the process of evaluating alternatives <br />suggested to stablize the bench. A total of six monitoring wells were <br />established on the bench, along the outslope and along the toe of the bench to <br />determine water levels. <br />2. The operator is continuing work to route surface water around the bench. <br />3. The operator has been handpicking coal along Hubbard Creek. No major <br />reclamation work has begun yet. <br />4. Additional riprap has been placed along the outer bank of the large pond <br />above Hubbard Creek crossing. <br />5. Approximately 95% of the coal along Hubbard Creek in the area adjacent to <br />the Deer Trail Headgate has been handpicked and piled for future pick-up.
