The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspecUOn Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the mspectron <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action <br />This was a complete inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology. Ground conditions on this day were dry and access was good to all <br />areas. The weather was extremely windy and temperatures were cool. This site is bond <br />revoked. <br />Roads <br />Down-cutting adjacent to the County Road adjacent to Chen's Hill continues unchecked. <br />The ditch is now nearly twenty feet deep in some places. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />and Chen's Hill. November <br />Rills and gullies are numerous and continue to downcut into the reclaimed surface, especially <br />at Chen's Hill and the East and West pit areas. <br />
