A <br />copy of the inspection report will be placed in the mail to you. Please note that I did not find the following records on file at <br />the Garfield County Court House: A current Insurance Certificate, the 2001 Annual Reclamation Report, and the 2001 <br />Annual Hydrologic Report. If you have not already done so, please place these records on file at the Court House. Please <br />advise me as to the location of these documents not found for my next inspection.
