III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of March, 2002. The site is reclaimed <br />and the weather clear. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The site is partially covered in snow but the areas that are clear show no signs of erosion <br />General Mine Compliance:: Vegetation is just starting to grow again and appears to have wintered well. <br />
