Mountain Coal Company <br />West Elk Mine <br />Lone Pine Development Waste Pile <br />Certification of Critical Construction Periods <br />Fourth Quarter 1994 <br />Critical construction periods of the Lone Pine Development Waste Pile as per Technical <br />Revision No. 73 were inspected. <br />During the 4th Quarter 1994, the following construction was completed according to the <br />approved technical revision: <br />1. Removal of all organic material and topsoil; <br />2.
