(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: nn_te9s_mt <br />INSPECTION DATE: 9./lS1ns INSPECTORS INITIALS: ~!? <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was to be performed as part of the four-year monitoring program conducted by the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology. Present at the inspection was Kate Pickford, DMG. Jim Lynn of Park <br />County Road and Bridge was contacted regarding the inspection, but was unable to attend. Mr. Lynn <br />stated all sites to be inspected would be accessible. Weather at the time of the inspection was clear, <br />calm, and approximately 75 degrees. <br />2. An appropriate sign is posted at the mine entrance. The site is located on private land, the Riglowski <br />property, which is located within a fence with an electronic gate at the entrance to the High Chaparral <br />Ranch.
