The pit area to the north and west is graded for final reclamation. <br />Seeding will occur later this year. <br />3. Petroleum coke is being crushed on site. <br />4. Topsoil is stored to the north. <br />5. The river has been bermed and rip-rap installed. <br />6. Asphalt plant is operating on site. <br />1. Ponds exist at the east end of the permit area which will be s]oped and <br />seeded for final reclamation. <br />8.
