ORIGINAL -PUBLIC FILE <br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: +~-tged-t t~_ <br />INSPECTION DATE: 12/4/43 INSPECTOROS INITIALS: ~- <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The Division conducted an acreage release and un-affected acreage swap inspection of the site on 12-04-03. <br />The operator, Fremont County has submitted an acreage release request application and an Amendment to <br />change the affected acreage by swapping two acres of un-affected acreage. The site is located <br />approximately 6 miles South Of Victor Colorado. Present during the inspection were, Mr. Dave Sefert of Fremont <br />county and Mr. Kenneth Kloc. The entire permit area of 9.8 acres was walked an inspected. The area to be <br />released was found to be undisturbed and no major problem noted. Mr. Kloc pointed the future mining plans for <br />the pit and why the change was needed. The new permit boundary makers were in place so was the permit <br />sign.
