Per the "Problems/Possible Violations and Corrective <br />Actions" Section of the report, Item 1 notes a secondary containment problem for <br />hydrocarbons stored on-site. Telluride Gravel has taken corrective actions to establish <br />impermeable secondary containment for the hydrocarbons. <br />Telluride Gravel installed a sloped concrete slab, with curbing, of adequate size for the <br />hydrocazbon storage shed. The concrete slab has been sloped to drain to the existing on- <br />site waste oil storage secondary containment facility. In the unlikely event of a spill, <br />hydrocarbons will drain from the storage shed to the new concrete slab and ultimately to <br />the pre-existing secondary containment (see attached photo). <br />This corrective action work was performed mid-June, with completion on 6-20-06.
